My official Christmas post. :) We recently went to our ward Christmas party where they took everyone's photos to put in the ward directory. We were very happy with the outcome. We got three really cute pictures of our little family.
My sister Hillary always has such a wonderful Christmas/Birthday party for her two little girls. They always have Santa and his wife come...so every year we get a great opportunity for great Santa pictures...this year we got the best ever! Except, Sydney is afraid of Santa and doesn't EVER want to sit on his lap. So, she sat on the bench next to him. A few days ago though, I took her to the mall Santa. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE that Santa. He is awesome. The other day when we were there he was crawling around on the ground playing with the kids in front of us. (I have NEVER seen one of those guys do that!) He also sat on the floor and read Sydney a book that day. Wow. Anyway, Sydney actually sat on his lap and she and Zeke looked awesome for the picture so I bought them. Yikes, I know they are costly, but I just want to support him coming back in future years because he is awesome.
Zeke and Mommy at Hillary's house!

Sydney and I were watching the kids hit the pinata after she had her turn.

Sydney is such a gorgeous little girl and I love her to pieces!!!

Syndey agreed to sit next to him...That is it!

After Ho-Ho gave her a candy she agreed to give him a hug.

Zeke started man-handling Santa...what a patient guy!

Zeke knows no stranger. (For the most part) But he was super-excited about this guy!
So for Christmas, we are going on a marathon trip. We are leaving Saturday to Deming. Sunday we are going to Silver City. Tuesday we are leaving to California, where we will be staying until the 28th or so. Then, we should be coming home. We have had a great year. Brennan's cancer has stayed in remission and he had his jaw surgery. Hopefully, he will be getting rid of his braces soon. Zeke joined our family obviously. :) He is a walking menace and cute to boot. Sydney matures every day and learns constantly and says the funniest things. I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and gets to enjoy making memories with their family and friends. I am grateful for Christ and the atonement. I love my family and I am so very grateful for our friends as well! Merry Christmas!
