Veggie Tales

Okay, so I thought up that cute title while working diligently in my humble garden. Cute right? So, I have some exciting news and some bad news. Bad news first. So, I learned that I am extremely talented. Not only am I talented, I am amazing...AT GROWING WEEDS! What the crap!? So, I pulled all of the weeds before I planted my garden. Yeah...annoying little buggers. Then, before my little seedlings had time to sprout their little heads...WHAMMY...more weeds. How I am so talented to create these innumerable weeds, you ask? Well, don't ask. But, I am generous, and any of you who would like to learn how to grow more weeds or would like to take them off of my hands...let me know. Apparently, I am a natural. Also, I have given one of my blackberries an ultimatum. Show some growth by the by the end of the week, or back to Lowe's it goes. Technically, it isn't dead yet, but it is definitely stumped in its growth and I am annoyed. Good news. I would like to announce the birth of SIX corn plants, and a couple strawberries, and heck knows how many carrots. (I was supposed to plant several carrot seeds per hole and each and every one of them decided to grace us with their presence. So, survival of the fittest will begin shortly.) More news, I also planted some potatoes along our back wall. Never seen a potato plant, so this should be interesting. Stay tuned for more updates and new episodes of Veggie Tales.
